Booking information
To confirm availability and receive a booking form please fill in the enquiry form above or email Janet Osborne at:

Subject to availability, your enquiry will hold the rental period for you on a no-obligation basis for up to 24 hours.
If you wish to confirm the booking return the completed Booking Form together with the deposit/final balance payment.
A 30% Booking Deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This can be paid either by cheque or by direct transfer to the bank account. This is non-refundable.
Full payment plus a refundable Security Deposit (£250 per week) are due 6 weeks prior to the booking date. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the required date, the full balance (including security deposit) will be payable.
Upon receipt of payment you will receive confirmation of your booking by email together with instructions for payment of any final balance. The booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
Please note that if you cancel your holiday you are still responsible for paying the rental fee in accordance with the booking conditions. It is recommended that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. All bookings will be subject to the booking conditions.
